Moriconium Quay Management Company Ltd which is responsible for the general maintenance and well being of the Development.
The Management Company is owned and run by 106 Shareholders who between them own the 106 Properties and 92 Berths.
Moriconium was the name given to the Port of Poole by the Romans and it is situated on the shores of Poole Harbour on England’s South Coast. Moriconium Quay is an award winning, gated development of Mediterranean – style Properties set around a beautifully landscaped Marina.
Built from 1992 in Eight Phases totalling 140,000 sq ft the Properties range from two bedroom apartments to five bedroom houses (average size is 1,300 sq ft). All Properties are water facing with views over Poole Harbour and have balconies/patios and private parking.
